These past few days have been pretty much the same in terms of routine. Every morning, as usual, I went to class where we continued with the syllabus and taking notes. The atmosphere in class is quite pleasant, and little by little I am socializing more, both with my classmates and with the people from Alcoy, with whom I have been able to talk a little more during lunch and CDI hours. Although at first everything was a little new, I am already feeling more comfortable in the environment. On Wednesday afternoon I went out with Mateo, his mother, his sister and his nephew. We went shopping to find a new pair of shoes for the kid. Sometimes, doing simple things like shopping can be a good way to get to know people better. Although these days have not been particularly busy, there have been times that have allowed me to continue connecting with the people around me, both in and out of class. I am starting to feel more integrated and to enjoy the experience, which makes this stay more...

Today my day started early, at 6:30. I got up to get ready and go to school. The first class was French, where we continued working on a poem about love that we had started the day before. Then, in English, we had a test on past tenses and we surveyed our classmates. In Maths and Physics, we reviewed equations, types of numbers, and the steps needed to solve a Physics question. At 12:20, it was time for lunch, and at 13:30 I had SES (Sciences Économiques et Sociales). We watched a video about a kindergarten class and discussed the types of objectives achieved in the classes, as well as going into more detail on some of the points. After SES, I had CDI (the library), but since I had nothing pending, I joined my classmates in Spanish class. We watched a short film and analyzed what was happening in the story. After class, I returned to the CDI with Eva and some girls from Alcoy, where we waited for Matéo to finish his classes. In the afternoon, we returned home and did our homework....

The 20th started at the CDI (the library) where I stayed with Eva and the Spanish people. Then I had Chemistry class, but had a trouble finding the classroom. I finally arrived on time and we did a chromatography experiment, although I couldn't take any photos. During lunch, I met up with the Spanish people, their French correspondants and two other girls. It was a nice meal. Then I had Geography and French, and when the classes were over we went home to rest. During the afternoon, I played video games with Matéo and one of his friends until his sister picked us up to go to dinner at a creperie with some of his family. I tried both savoury and sweet crepes, as well as a fruit smoothie. We returned home around 10 and went to sleep. The Saturday started calm, writing the blog, but at 12:30 Matéo connected two controllers to the PlayStation and we played together before lunch. At 3pm we met up with three of his friends to visit the Brest castle. Just as we left, it started to rain, ...

The adventure started early on September 17th, at 6am, as I had to take the bus to Bilbao airport. At 6:30am we were already at the station, where we met Eva and her parents. We arrived in Bilbao at 8am, but just as we were about to get to the bus station, we ran into a huge traffic jam. Fortunately, we made it in time to catch the bus to the airport. I was so sleepy that I almost forgot my phone on the other bus. We arrived at the airport around 9am. Although I was calm, my mother was very nervous. We checked in our bags, said goodbye to our mothers, and a flight attendant guided us to the plane. We had a stopover in Paris, where we arrived at 12 noon and had to wait until almost 5pm. Another flight attendant picked us up and took us to another terminal at the airport, which I believe is the second largest in Europe. The flight was supposed to leave at 17:30, but it was first delayed until 17:45 and then until 18:20.    We finally arrived in Brest at 19:30, where the host fam...
